Atelier Evighet Shipping Policy for The United States

International Reach: We currently ship within the United States and are working to expand our services to other countries in the future.

Delivery Time Formula:

Total Delivery Time = Made to Order Time + Transit Time

Made to Order for Customize Products: Since we start customizing your products when you place the order so in this case it will take 21-28 Business Days or 3 to 4 weeks (Monday to Friday) to craft your custom product.

Since all products are custom made, they are made to order. Depending on the amount of orders that come through from customers, wait times for an item can take 2-3 weeks or longer until they are shipped. Refer to lead times posted on home page for accurate wait times. After the item is made it is then usually shipped within 2 days of completion.

    Since all leather hides are different, not all products will look the same. That is the beauty of leather. Each item is unique in its own way. 
    If a leather is not available at the time, another leather can be suggested that is similar. Availability of leather varies depending on demand and supply. Leathers can sometimes take weeks to be delivered to us.

Orders are fulfilled in the sequence that they are received. This prevents a customer from getting their item pushed back in the production line. This ensures fair and proper treatment of all customers.

Handling Time for Ready to go Products: 1-2 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 04:00 pm (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Resolute) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Enjoy Free Shipping on MOST items throughout the store. Free Shipping promotion only valid on shipping address to conterminous 48 states in combination with retail orders totaling $100 or more after all discounts, promotions, or other special offers are applied. Orders below $100 will be charged at the current market carrier rate. International shipping does not qualify for free shipping and will be charged current market carrier rate.

*AK, HI, Puerto Rico, offshore U.S. Islands etc. does not qualify for free shipping promotion

For orders that selected "Free Shipping", We will select USPS, FedEx or UPS shipping at our discretion.

"Free Shipping" orders will typically arrive within 3 to 7 Business Days to conterminous 48 states; however, it is ultimately at the discretion of the shipping carrier. Please note that there may be instances where an USPS, FedEx or UPS shipping delay occur, and subsequently delay the arrival of your order which is beyond our control. For this reason, please select an expedited shipping method of your choice for time sensitive order to ensure it arrives on time.

Please note that USPS, FedEx or UPS does not count the day the order is picked up as a day in transit. It may also take up to a full business day for USPS, FedEx or UPS to update their tracking system on orders.

We also offer carrier shipping for United States orders. In this case, the shipping charge will be calculated at checkout based on your order location. Please note that all of the carrier options provided below might not be available at checkout. The availability of carrier shipping will vary based on your shipping location.
